The Minnesota Wild and Daemon Hunt have agreed on a one-year, $900,000 deal on Sunday, just hours ahead of the defenseman having to decide whether to file for arbitration, according to The Athletic’s Michael Russo.

I read this which must be based on some podcast. Would you for the price listed?
Of course, getting Jack Hughes to Minnesota would not be any cheaper than acquiring Larkin ($8.7 AAV). But at five years younger and at a similar price point ($8 million) AAV, it may be worth Zulgad’s speculative offer of goalie Jesper Wallstedt, center Joel Eriksson Ek, defenseman Jonas Brodin, center prospect Charlie Stramel and a first-round pick.

Absolutely not. One reason. Wallstedt. You want to be a Cup contender you need a dude in net. And I think he’s the dude moving forward

It seems this regular 2026-27 season will start earlier, probably, on September 29th. We will find out on July 15th and 16th more accurate date and schedule. Each team is going to play 84 games, instead of 82 games, for the 1st time since 1993-94 according to the internet data.

Wild aren’t giving up Boldy. Fans would revolt big time

Lots of smoke out there that he would need to be included in a deal for Larkin

Yes, but that defeats the entire purpose of acquiring Larkin. The team would not get better if Boldly leaves. I wouldn't even trade Boldly one for one for Larkin.

Agreed. The smoke might suggest they demand Boldy but I can't see the Wild agreeing.

Totally agree. Boldy is a bargain for the next few years. Wild would get older and with a much bigger salary if they traded him

Anyone here go to Da Beauty League. Been to a handful of times over the years. Great hockey fix for cheap. Sorry to see it’s the last season. Heading to it in a couple weeks for a quick hockey fix

I was looking at Ticketmaster this evening, I wanted to get tickets for a game in early December but all they showed were a few high priced resale seats. Any of you know when they put them on sale?

We were hoping GMBG would get the contract done with Quinn on Tuesday when he reportedly went to Michigan to work on it. It turns out Quinn’s grandmother passed away on Tuesday, it will have to wait I guess.

The replies to that tweet are not overly very kind.
