I think this is one step closer to war and that gives Bolton (a defective human product) a chubby.

The Triton (Navy) (Air Force also has a version called the Global Hawk) is a very large (and expensive) drone. Not stealthy, flies high and meant to (at least for the Navy) monitor maritime traffic. So if it was in international airspace I'd expect that missile launcher at the very least to be destroyed. If nothing happens you can probably bet it strayed into Iranian Airspace.
Maybe I've had enough of the shit brigade.

Possibly, I highly doubt it though. It was shot over international waters. It fell into international waters. This drone could do enough recon without flying over Iran.Straight Edge Raven wrote: ↑Thu Jun 20, 2019 8:15 am The Triton (Navy) (Air Force also has a version called the Global Hawk) is a very large (and expensive) drone. We're seeing the chickens of Trump's lying/disinformation campaign coming home to roost: Americans (and our European allies) no longer believe anything the administration says. It's just not possible to take them at their word.

You... don't think Trump and his administration have lied? You really haven't heard any? They haven't repeatedly said they're doing one thing and then suddenly reversed course based on Trump's whims?ForCaleb wrote: ↑Thu Jun 20, 2019 11:42 amWhat was lied about?DonaldDouchebag wrote: ↑Thu Jun 20, 2019 11:37 amWe're seeing the chickens of Trump's lying/disinformation campaign coming home to roost: Americans (and our European allies) no longer believe anything the administration says. POTUS, per pool, seems inclined to given Iran a pass on from strike: “I imagine someone made a mistake...in shooting down the drone. We didn't have a man of woman in the drone. It would have made a big, big difference"

Ok, take a deep breath, work through your emotions. I thought you asserted that trump lied about a US drone being shot down in international waters.DonaldDouchebag wrote: ↑Thu Jun 20, 2019 11:48 amYou... don't think Trump and his administration have lied? Oh, no. We don't know if he's lying or not but he's given us no reason to believe him. That's the problem with repeatedly lying about everything - you end up not having any credibility when a real crisis comes along.ForCaleb wrote: ↑Thu Jun 20, 2019 11:50 amOk, take a deep breath, work through your emotions. Re: War with Iran
Sounds like Trump is going to give Iran a pass saying he thinks somebody made a mistake, not Iran’s leaders and that there was nobody in the plane - that would have been a real problem apparently.
So, oh well, shit happens I guess.

This. You can only say complete exoneration, millions voted illegally, fake news, we don't know who killed Khashoggi, those polls don't exist, ... a couple thousand times before people are no longer sure whether Iran put bombs on a ship or whether Trump is claiming it because it's convenient for him on that given day.DonaldDouchebag wrote: ↑Thu Jun 20, 2019 11:51 amOh, no. Considering he hasn’t said anything regarding the drone incident other than “Iran made a big mistake” I’m not sure how else he lied regarding this situation.DonaldDouchebag wrote: ↑Thu Jun 20, 2019 11:51 amOh, no. Re: War with Iran
But that's not how it works after 11,000+ confirmed lies in 2 1/2 years. The majority of folks assume he's lying until proven otherwise because that's the expectation he's established. It says it right in the report: no collusion, no obstruction.ForCaleb wrote: ↑Thu Jun 20, 2019 12:03 pmConsidering he hasn’t said anything regarding the drone incident other than “Iran made a big mistake” I’m not sure how else he lied regarding this situation.DonaldDouchebag wrote: ↑Thu Jun 20, 2019 11:51 amOh, no. If you would read above you'll see I specifically mentioned Trump and his administration. They have no credibility.
Also, this "situation" also includes the supposed exploding mines on ships.

Me too. He has no credibility within the country or around the world 'in present time' because he's used it all up. There is no whatabout.ForCaleb wrote: ↑Thu Jun 20, 2019 12:16 pmI’m not playing whatabouteveryothersituation, I’m discussing this issue in present time.
For the record, all signs point to Iranian provocation, but when Japan said they thought the bombs on the ship were not Iranian and Trump said they were, I believed Japan because they don't have the history of daily lying.
Keep defending Trump on everything he does, but don't twist what I'm saying or what DD was saying to do it.

It’s been confirmed Iran did bomb the Japanese vessel.
The evidence points to Iran shooting down the drone over international waters.
You don’t need trump to tell you everything regardless if it’s believable or not.

Should there be consequences of Iran’s actions?
