BSU goalie kept them in the game last night. Lots of gopher players were ready to raise their sticks only to be shutdown.

Yikes. Only saw the last 15 seconds, but not the way you want to see the winning streak end.

Gophers dominated the last 2 periods, but two really bad defensive lapses in their own end cost them dearly, combined with the BSU goalie coming up huge all game long.

Gophers mostly dominate ND and win 6-3. Brody Lamb had to leave the game after taking a dirty knee on knee hit. He couldn't put any weight on that leg when leaving the ice which is not a good sign.

Damn - I picked the wrong game to not stay awake for. A 7 a.m. start for me tomorrow on a Sunday will be easier to manage.

Seemed like the gophers let up a bit in the 3rd, but damm they still look good. Very fast. I thought we might have a good old fashioned fight. The major call on the gopher player was questionable. I dont think it was intentional in any way.
