You need to provide identification when registering to vote to prove you are eligible.

Why do you hate facts?

How about it's not necessary? It's also not something that the federal government gets to dictate since each state is in charge of how they run their elections.

So no. Your premise that the only reason to be against it is to facilitate cheating is false.

Have a wonderful rest of your day.

Irrelevant since your party made it easy for illegal immigrants to vote....drivers license, social security card, etc., etc., etc.

Now then, answer my question.....

Do you need to produce identification when you cast your vote?

I wouldn't even allow mail-in ballots except for the military.

I'm an old-school in-person voting only with ID guy. Hand-counted paper ballots. Get off my lawn.

Not true. The voting laws are state laws, not local. Selling had to show those items last time because he was in a new address. He won't need to show an ID this time.

I don't think there's anything wrong with proving who you are or where you live, in order to vote.

I also don't know that there aren't things in place to account for that in voting districts significantly larger than mine.

Illegal immigrants can't vote because they can't register to vote.

I live in Colorado and vote by mail. I had to show proof of eligibility (ID) when I registered to vote.

Because you already registered and presented your id, then they crossed you off their rolls.

This isn't the big gotcha that you're trying to make it.

With a secure border. And secure elections. Illegal immigration in check.

I think that would be entirely possible. And welcomed.

Except I would want very limited government involvement.
